Cost of gas, diesel, goes down overnight on P.E.I.

Drivers in Prince Edward Island will be paying less to fill up at the pumps after an unscheduled price adjustment overnight.

The cost of regular self-serve gasoline dropped 9.8 cents to a new minimum of 183.9 cents per litre.

Diesel fell 11.5 cents per litre and is now 231.6 cents per litre.

Nova Scotia and New Brunswick did not see any price changes overnight, but had unscheduled changes take effect on Wednesday.
