Four arrested, charged for firearm offences in Annapolis County: N.S. RCMP

Four people have been charged with firearms offences after a search warrant led to the seizure of a firearm in Nictaux Falls.

Police executed a search warrant on a home on Torbrook Road as part of an ongoing investigation on March 3. During the search, police say officers seized a bolt-action rifle.

Four people were arrested at the residence:

• Amy Bishop, 35, of Nictaux Falls
• David Bishop, 43, of Nictaux Falls
• Stephen Pinder, 60, of St. Croix
• James Foster, 47, of Nictaux Falls

All four have been charged with several firearms offences including unauthorized possession of a firearm and unsafe storage of a firearm. They were released on conditions pending a future court appearance.

The investigation is ongoing.
