Fredericton police looking for suspects who stole large brass bell from church

Fredericton police are looking for two people who stole a large brass bell from a church.

Police in Fredericton are asking for the public’s help identifying two people who stole a large brass bell from a church earlier this week.

The Fredericton Police Force says the theft happened around 2:15 a.m. Monday at St. Peter’s Anglican Church on Woodstock Road.

Police have released a photo of the vehicle involved in the theft – a black four-door Ford F-150 truck. The licence plate number isn’t known.

Investigators are asking anyone with information about the incident, the driver or passenger, or video footage from the area to contact the Fredericton Police Force at [phone] or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
