Some City of Winnipeg services will be temporarily unavailable as the city performs network upgrades to improve the security and performance of its systems. The city made the announcement on Wednesday, saying the temporary outage will begin on Thursday at 9 p.m. and last until Friday at 5 a.m. Impacted services include the city’s three call centres, which are 311, Water and Waste, and Winnipeg Transit. Online services, such as Winnipeg.ca, library services, self-service online forms, MyUtility, the Winnipeg Transit App, parking ticket payments and job postings, will also see disruptions. The city thanks residents for their patience.
