The Winnipeg Police Service has issued a silver alert for a missing 73-year-old man. Munir Ahmed was last seen on Monday around 3 p.m. in the Logan-C.P.R. neighbourhood. The missing man is described as bald, five-foot-10 in height, with a medium build and brown eyes. Ahmed was last seen wearing a black windbreaker, an off-white-coloured shirt, blue jeans and black running shoes. He may also be carrying a black backpack and using a cane. Police are concerned for Ahmed’s well-being and ask anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 204-986-6250. A silver alert is activated when a vulnerable adult goes missing.
