The Brandon Police Service has made an arrest after 85 cars had their tires slashed in the city last month. According to police, a 21-year-old man was arrested on April 16. He has been charged with mischief over $5,000 and resisting arrest. The arrest comes over a month after 85 cars in south Brandon had their tires slashed on March 11. Police previously said vehicles parked on seven streets were impacted. The suspect is in custody with a court date scheduled for May 19. The charges have not been proven in court.
