A longstanding Winnipeg bar is permanently closing. The Tavern United location across from Canada Life Centre has closed, according to a note on the door. A reason for the closure was not listed. CTV News reached out to Canad-Inns, the parent company of Tavern United, for a response. The notice thanked customers for their years of support.
