Section of Perimeter Highway closed due to Monday morning crash reopens

A multi-vehicle crash involving multiple semi trucks closed a section of the Perimeter Highway for several hours Monday morning.

According to Manitoba RCMP, officers responded at 7:46 a.m. to a multi-vehicle crash on the highway just west of Highway 8 in the R.M. of West St. Paul.

RCMP said multiple semi-trucks and other vehicles were involved.

Shortly after 11 a.m., the road fully reopened for traffic.

RCMP said more information will be released later.
