A Manitoba man is facing child pornography charges.

RCMP arrested 36-year-old Sean Richard Bell of Morden, Man. while he was on a cruise ship docked in Halifax, N.S.

Officers also seized electronic files and equipment.

Bell is accused of possessing and smuggling child pornography.

He was scheduled to appear in a Halifax court June 4.
