Heat warning lifted in southeastern Manitoba

Environment and Climate Change Canada has lifted a heat warning for southeastern Manitoba.

The warning had been issued due to hot and humid conditions, with humidex values reaching 38.

The agency had advised residents to stay hydrated and to call 911 or contact a health-care provider if they experienced symptoms of heat stroke.
