Bingo hall patrons needed for background actors

A movie filming in Manitoba is looking for enough extras to help fill a bingo hall.

Onalee Ames Film Studio is casting for the film titled “Northern Lights,” and are looking for background actors to play bingo hall patrons.

Members of the Alliance of Canadian Cinema, Television and Radio Artists (ACTRA) and non-union members are encouraged to apply for filming on Feb. 23. The studio said filming will take place all day in Winnipeg, and only Manitoba residents with a SIN or work permit can apply.

The studio is looking for actors in the age range of 45 to 80 years old.
