Windsor/Essex County Humane Society hosting Kitten Shower

It’s a special day for kittens at the Windsor/Essex County Humane Society.

The shelter is hosting a Kitten Shower on Saturday from 11a.m. until 2 p.m.

The event is expected to be full of kitten cuddles, sweet treats at their bake sale, and a little extra magic with visits from princesses from Evermore Entertainment Co. Princesses will be in attendance from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The humane society is collecting much-needed supplies for the tiniest members of their kingdom, including:

• Royal Canin Kitten Food (wet & dry)
• Royal Canin Mom & Baby Food (wet & dry)
• Kitten feeding bottles & miracle nipples
• Small blankets & puppy pee pads
• Gift cards & monetary donations

Shelter officials say every donation helps give vulnerable kittens the fairy-tale beginning they deserve.
