The City of Windsor is partnering with Circular Materials to help residents responsibly give back their previously used recycling bins and carts. For a two-week period, beginning Feb. 10, crews will be collecting outdated containers. Residents wishing to take part are asked to register online until 11:59 p.m., Feb. 8, 2026, through the secure Bin Disposal Program portal. Registered residents will receive their pickup date via email. City officials say ensuring bins are properly emptied and accessible will help collection crews work efficiently and safely.
