A man and woman are facing multiple charges after police seized fentanyl, cocaine, and crystal meth during a traffic stop on New Year’s Day. According to the Windsor Police Service, on Jan. 1, a police officer stopped a vehicle occupied by a man and a woman in the 5500-block of Reginald Street. Police say the woman was wanted on an outstanding matter, and she was arrested following “a brief struggle.” A search resulted in the seizure of the following items: As a result of the investigation, the man was also taken into custody. The man has since been charged with five counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and failure to comply with a probation order. The woman has also been charged with five counts of possession of a schedule I substance for the purpose of trafficking and facilitating the breach of a probation order.
