Live harness racing returns to Leamington Raceway this weekend. The Lakeshore Horse Racing Association is welcoming fans back for opening day on Sunday, Aug. 9, with an afternoon of racing and family activities. Admission and parking are free. The first race is set for 1 p.m. Organizers say it’s a chance for families to enjoy the excitement of live racing as horses and drivers return to the track for another season.
