Ontario Provincial Police say a traffic stop on Highway 401 east of Kingston, Ont., led to the seizure of 20 stolen credit cards, drugs and cash. Officers stopped a vehicle for unspecified Highway Traffic Act on the highway in the Leeds County area on Sept. 17, police said on social media. Two occupants of the car were wanted on outstanding warrants and were arrested. OPP say officers found approximately $14,900 in cash in the vehicle, quantities of suspected methamphetamine, heroin and opium, and 20 credit cards with other people’s names on them. The accused are facing charges related to credit card trafficking, drug trafficking, possession of property obtained by crime, and an alleged breach of court-imposed conditions, police said.
