Front Road reopens after guns seized from LaSalle home

LaSalle police have reopened Front Road after seizing firearms at a home.

LaSalle officers, with the assistance of OPP, executed a public safety warrant at a residence on Front Road shortly after 7 p.m. on Thursday.

During that time, Front Road was closed between Malden Road and Martin Lane to maintain public safety.

LaSalle police say they seized guns from the involved residence without incident and there were no criminal charges laid in the investigation.

The road was then reopened.

Officers are thanking residents for their patience and cooperation during the road closure.
