Nottawasaga OPP investigate fatal motorcycle collision in New Tecumseth

A crash took the life of a motorcycle rider today.

The single-vehicle crash occurred on County Road 1 between Tottenham Road and Adjala-Tecumseth Townline in New Tecumseth Monday at approximately 2:30 p.m.

The driver was transported to a local hospital where they were pronounced dead.

County Road 1 is closed for the investigation. Assistance is being provided by the OPP Traffic Incident Management & Enforcement (TIME) team.

Anyone who may have witnessed the collision or has dashcam footage from the area at the time of the incident is asked to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
