Fire in downtown Windsor being investigated as arson

Windsor fire crews are on scene of a structure fire on Chatham Street in the downtown core.

Windsor fire is asking for the public’s help in relation to a downtown fire that is now being investigated as arson.

Fire crews were called to this two-storey commercial building on Chatham Street around 8 a.m. Thursday.

Hydro and natural gas to neighbouring businesses were turned off for safety and traffic lights were out.

Police gave the all clear after about three hours

Damage estimate is $250,000.
