Don’t use Malden Park toboggan hill after dark, warns city

City of Windsor officials are asking residents to not use Malden Park toboggan hill after dark because lights were significantly damaged by vandalism.

City staff members have investigated and are working to repair the lights. Due to the nature and extent of the damage, timelines for repair are unknown.

“For the safety of our residents, we request that you refrain from using the toboggan hill after dark until this can be addressed,” said a news release from the city.

During daylight hours, residents are still welcome to enjoy the sliding hill.
