For the fourth consecutive year, the multicultural celebration was named the province’s best festival or event by Attractions Ontario. The festival also recorded its highest attendance on record this year, attracting 226,000 visitors over two weekends in June. Carrousel events are held across the Windsor-Essex region, including Windsor, LaSalle, Amherstburg, Kingsville and Leamington.
