Victoria police searching for man who allegedly stole 2 lawnmowers

Police in Victoria are appealing for the public’s help to identify a man who allegedly stole two lawnmowers from a hardware store last month.

The theft happened around 3:45 p.m. on July 2 in the 1500 block of Fairfield Road, according to police.

The department described the suspect as a white man, 5’10” tall, with a “heavy build” and balding brown hair. He was wearing a high-visibility vest, a black shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call the Victoria Police Department at 250-995-7654 ext. 1 and reference police file number 25-24889.
