Police are asking witnesses to come forward after an allegation of a public indecent act in Trail, B.C. In a statement issued Friday, Trail RCMP said police received a report of a man engaging in the act in the 1300 block of Cedar Avenue Nov. 10. Police describe the suspect as a white man in his mid 30s, of an average height and with a “very skinny” build. He has “small, fox-like eyes” and freckles. The suspect was wearing a long jacket and baggy pants down to his knees, with his boxers visible, police said. Anyone who witnessed the event, or believes they know the identity of the man, is asked to contact the Trail RCMP detachment at 250-364-2566. “Trail RCMP is following up with the witnesses about this incident and would like anyone else with information to come forward to speak to police,” says Sgt. Mike Wicentowich in the statement.
