Days after a woman was injured in a hit-and-run in downtown Vancouver, police are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam video as they continue to investigate. Police say the 23-year-old victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after she was struck by a blue sedan while crossing at Davie Street and Pacific Boulevard around 9:30 p.m. Friday. “The driver did not remain at the scene and was last seen driving eastbound on Pacific Boulevard from Davie Street,” the Vancouver Police Department said in a statement Monday. Police believe several witnesses have yet to come forward and are urging them, along with anyone who may have dash-cam video, to contact the VPD’s Collision Investigation Unit by calling 604-717-3012 or emailing vpdciu@vpd.ca.
