‘Tragic outcome’: Motorcyclist succumbs to injuries after Langley crash

A motorcyclist who was taken to hospital after a collision with a semi-truck Tuesday has died, according to authorities.

The crash was reported just after 3 p.m. in the 22200 block of Highway 10, Mounties said in a statement shortly after the collision. In an update Wednesday, police said the motorcyclist succumbed to their injuries in hospital.

“This is a tragic outcome, and our thoughts are with the family and loved ones affected by this loss,” said Langley RCMP spokesperson Sgt. Zynal Sharoom, in a statement.

“Our investigators continue to work diligently to determine the circumstances that led to this collision.”
