Mounties in Burnaby are trying to reunite seven high-end pool cues worth an estimated $5,000 with their owner.

In a social media post, the Burnaby RCMP shared a photo of the recovered items.

“Are these your high-end pool cues? If so, it’s your lucky break,” the detachment wrote on X.

In an email to CTV news, a spokesperson provided more information about how the cues were recovered, saying they were found in a “suspicious” vehicle near Booth Avenue and Grange Street on Monday.

“The vehicle was from a car share company and it (appears to) have been obtained fraudulently. This file is still being investigated,” the statement said.

Anyone with information, including the person to whom the cues belong, is asked to call 604-646-9999 and quote file number 2025-3062.
