Toronto police search for suspect accused of committing indecent acts on TTC streetcar

Toronto police are searching for a male suspect who allegedly committed indecent acts on a TTC streetcar last week.

Police said TTC special constables were first called about an indecent exposure in the area of Dufferin Street and King Street West on Saturday morning.

An unknown man sat across from a person on the streetcar and allegedly committed an indecent act.

Police said the victim became fearful and moved to the back of the streetcar.

The man then approached a second person and allegedly committed another indecent act. He later fled in an unknown direction.

In a news release on Wednesday, police released images of the suspect who is believed to be in his late 20s and is five-foot-eight.

Police said he was last seen wearing dark blue jeans with a brown belt, a red sweatshirt with the hood up, a red toque, blue and white bomber jacket, and red running shoes.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers anonymously.
