Officers arrived to find Lavallee with serious injuries on the 1000 Block of 8th Street East. He was taken to Victoria Hospital where he later died. “Today we are asking for the public’s help. We are pleading with anybody who has information, please come forward,” said Lawrence Lavallee’s mother, Shannon Lavallee.
