A little girl from Regina has gone viral after a video of her singing “Perfect” by Simple Plan captured the attention of thousands. Katie, known by her handle “_themom_nextdoor” on social media, shared the clip of her two-year-old daughter Skye singing along to the emotional hit. According to the local mother, her daughter has always loved to sing. However, the video marked one of the first times Katie managed to capture one of her performances. The video gained an even larger boost when it was shared on the band’s Instagram story – with Simple Plan giving the pint-sized fan a little encouragement. As of Friday, the May 11 post has acquired 131,000 likes.
