Regina Urgent Care Centre to operate on reduced hours on Sunday

The Regina Urgent Care Centre (UCC) will once again be operating on reduced hours this Sunday.

According to the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA), the UCC will be open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and will be back to its regular hours of operation from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sunday.

The SHA says the service adjustments are due to physician availability and to “proactively ensure the availability of services for our patients.”

Patients experiencing medical emergencies while the UCC is not operating are advised to call 911 or go to the ER at the Regina General Hospital or Pasqua Hospital.

For non-emergency medical care, residents are advised to call HealthLine 811, visit a walk-in clinic, or call their pharmacy.
