Ontario Provincial Police say a 32-year-old woman from Brantford has been arrested following a reported armed robbery at a gas station in Pembroke earlier this month. According to police, a woman entered the gas station store in the 1200 block of Pembroke Street West at around 2:10 a.m. on May 13. Police allege she brandished a knife and demanded cash. The employee gave her an undisclosed amount of money and she left. The employee was not injured. On Friday, OPP say a suspect was identified and arrested on Thursday. The woman is charged with robbery with a weapon, disguise with intent, and two counts of failure to comply with a probation order. She remains in custody and is due in court Friday.
