Newboro, Ont. man charged with voyeurism after device with ‘large number’ of sexual images seized

Ontario Provincial Police say a 35-year-old man is facing charges in a voyeurism investigation in eastern Ontario.

Police said officers searched a home in Newboro, about 60 kilometres west of Brockville, and seized a storage device with “a large number of images of multiple women” that were sexually explicit.

One man was arrested and charged with voyeurism. He’s been released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on March 27, 2026.

Police did not name him in order to protect the identity of a victim in the case.

The investigation is continuing, with an effort being made to identify additional victims, police said.

It’s not known how many people were photographed or where the pictures were taken.
