Lambton County OPP are looking for the public’s assistance in identifying a person who allegedly stole a credit card and racked up nearly $2,000 in fraudulent charges earlier this month. According to a news release, on May 19 Lambton County OPP received a report of a stolen wallet. Police say the wallet had been stolen from an unknown location three days prior. The victim discovered approximately $1,700 in fraudulent transactions had been made using the credit card at a business in Corunna, including purchase of gift cards. The suspect is described by police as: Anyone who recognizes this person or who has information that may assist investigators can contact Lambton County OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
