The Ottawa Police Service says a 29-year-old who went missing over the weekend has been found dead. Edwin Fan was last seen at 1 p.m. on Saturday walking his dog in the Covington Place area. No foul play or suspicious circumstances are suspected. “We wish to extend our condolences to his family and friends,” police say.
