A chance of rain is in the forecast but there’s also plenty of sun this weekend.

Environment Canada’s weather forecast for Ottawa calls for a high of 11 C on Friday, about five degrees cooler than average, with a 40 per cent chance of showers in the afternoon. Otherwise, it’s sunny with a few clouds.

Expect a cloudier evening with a chance of showers and a low of 0 C.

Saturday is looking partly sunny with a high of 10 C and a 40 per cent chance of showers.

Sunday’s forecast is sunny and 13 C.

Clouds return to the outlook on Monday with another chance of showers.
