Fire damages southeast Edmonton house

Fire caused significant damage to a home in the area of 76 Street and 42 Avenue Friday morning.

A southeast house was badly damaged in a fire early Friday morning.

The blaze at 42 Avenue and 76 Street were reported around 4:15 a.m.

The residents were able to escape unhurt before firefighters arrived.

The fire was extinguished around 6:10 a.m.

Its cause is under investigation.
