Police release video to help solve ATV thefts in Cobalt

Ontario Provincial Police have released a video in hopes of solving a recent theft case in Cobalt involving the theft of two ATVs and fishing gear.

Ontario Provincial Police have released a video in hopes of solving a recent break, enter and theft case in Cobalt.

“Police are requesting the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals shown in the video who may have information that could assist investigators following a break and enter and theft in the south end of Cobalt,” police said in a social media post May 1.

The stolen items include a 2020 Grey Can-Am ATV, a 2014 Red Can-Am Outlander ATV and numerous fishing gear items.

“If you have seen these items or have any information, please contact your local police service or the Ontario Provincial Police at 1-888-310-1122,” police said.
