Montreal’s Ukrainian community held a rally downtown on Saturday to mark four years since Russia’s invasion. Nearly everyone who attended the demonstration said they know somebody involved in the conflict. Many shared their stories of human tragedy. Addressing the crowd, Ukraine’s ambassador to Canada reiterated his country’s refusal to surrender.“Four years of resilience. Four years of sacrifice for Ukrainians.
