If you’re feeling more distracted during the holiday season, you’re not alone — especially behind the wheel. A new Léger survey suggests more than 52 per cent of Canadians are less focused when driving because of holiday stress, fatigue and social obligations. Nearly one in three drivers, about 29 per cent, say their overall state of mind plays a major role in how they drive. The poll, conducted on behalf of Allstate, also shows younger drivers are especially susceptible: about 64 per cent of those aged 18 to 34, compared with 41 per cent of drivers 55 and older.
