Here are the road closures in and around Montreal this weekend

Those driving in and around Montreal on the weekend should be aware that certain roads will be closed for construction, including the Bonaventure Expressway and La Fontaine Tunnel.

Mercier Bridge

• From Friday at 11 p.m. to Monday at 5 p.m., one lane will be open in each direction on the South Shore-bound span of the bridge.

Île-Aux-Tourtes Bridge / Highway 40

• From Saturday at 7 p.m. to Sunday at 10 a.m., between Senneville (Island of Montreal) and Vaudreuil-Dorion, partial closure of 1 of 2 lanes on the Île-aux-Tourtes bridge, spanning Lac des Deux Montagnes.

Interchange – Highway 10 / Rout-132

• From Friday at 11 p.m. to Saturday at 6 a.m., in Brossard, a section of Highway 10 westbound at Exit 6 (for Highway 15 south, Highway 20 east, Route 132 and La Prairie/Varennes) will be closed, including the ramp to Highway 15 south and Route 132 west toward La Prairie.
• From Friday at 11 p.m. to Monday at 5 a.m., in Brossard, a section of Highway 10 westbound at Exit 6 (for Highway 15 south, Highway 20 east, Route 132, La Prairie and Varennes) will be closed, including the ramp to Highway 20 east and Route 132 east toward Varennes.

Highway 10 / Bonaventure

• From Friday at 11 p.m. to Sunday at 6 p.m., in Montreal, the ramp from the westbound A-10 at the end of the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge (Exit 58) toward Bonaventure Expressway and downtown will be closed.
• In Montreal, the eastbound A-10 will be completely closed between Exit 4 (A-15, A-20) and the Samuel-De Champlain Bridge.
• From Friday at 11 p.m. until September, access to the Bonaventure Expressway toward downtown is closed from the north end of Nuns’ Island, at the Alexander-Graham-Bell and Jacques-le Ber intersections.

Highway 25 / Louis-Hippolyte-La Fontaine Tunnel

• Northbound: From Friday at 11 p.m. to Saturday at 8 a.m., the tunnel between exit 90 (R-132) on the A-20 west in Longueuil and the Hochelaga Street access in Montreal will be completely closed.
• Southbound: From Friday at 11 p.m. to Saturday at 8 a.m., the tunnel between exit 5 (Sherbrooke Street) in Montreal and R-132 in Longueuil will be completely closed.

Fireworks

Jacques-Cartier Bridge

• Complete closure of the bridge and its access points, in both directions, Thursday, July 3 and Sunday, July 6, from 8 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. for the International des Feux Loto-Québec

Ville-Marie Tunnel / R-136

• Closure of the Ville-Marie tunnel and its access points, between exit 4 (A-10, Victoria Bridge, Robert-Bourassa Boulevard, de la Montagne Street) and Panet Street, Thursday, July 3 and Sunday, July 6, from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. the following day.

Victoria Bridge

• Towards the South Shore, 2 lanes available Thursday, from late afternoon rush hour until 11:30 p.m. and Sunday from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
