A seven-year-old child is in hospital after being hit by a Longueuil city bus Friday evening. Longueuil police (SPAL) says it received 911 calls around 6 p.m. about a collision on Desaulniers Boulevard. The child was quickly transported to hospital and is in stable condition, having suffered “minor injuries,” according to police. A perimeter was briefly set up but circulation is now back to normal. The SPAL says it does not believe there is a criminal element involved.
