There is lots of sunshine in the forecast on Tuesday, the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation. A beautiful day is expected across southern Ontario and it will feel like summer Tuesday afternoon. Winds are out of the northeast, 10 to 20 kilometres per hour and the forecast high well above normal 27 Celsius. “It still feels like we’re in the heat of the summer season,” said CTV London meteorologist Julie Atchison. In terms of fall-like weather, there will be a bit of a dip in temperatures heading into Wednesday and Thursday. Highs of 21C to 22C with overnight lows into the single digits. But other than that, the temperature will be headed back up by the weekend. It’s expected to be 26C on Friday and Saturday under a mix of sun. Back to double digit overnight lows through the weekend and mainly Sunny on Monday. There is no rain in the short-range forecast. It’s all sunshine to a mix of sun and cloud.
