Three people have been charged in connection with a break-and-enter in Windsor. On Thursday just after 2:30 p.m., police were called to a break-in at a vacant property in the 700 block of Felix Avenue. Officers said three people were found trying to leave with a metal light pole they cut down with a saw. The pole was dragged through an opening in a chain-link fence around the property and into a rear alleyway. All three suspects were arrested and several tools were seized. A 37-year-old man, a 32-year-old woman, and a 44-year-old man are all facing charges.
