St. Thomas police exceed 10k calls for service in 2025

Just before 9 a.m. Thursday morning, the St. Thomas Police Service (STPS) has exceeded 10,000 calls for service this year.

They reached this milestone two days earlier than in 2024, and over two weeks earlier than in 2022.

“The St. Thomas Police Service remains committed to the safety and well being of our community as we respond to the increase in calls for service,” a statement from the police service read.
