London police appeal for victims to come forward after massage therapist charged with sexual assault

London police charged a massage therapist with six more counts of sexual assault following an investigation that began two months ago.

Additional charges have been laid against a massage therapist who police allege sexually assaulted several women over a span of nearly two years.

According to a news release from the London Police Service, on Dec. 7, 2025 at approximately 12:30 p.m., a woman attended a business on Wellington Road for an appointment with a male massage therapist.

Police say the woman was sexually assaulted by the man during the massage, and that he also exposed himself.

The woman was not physically injured.

The victim reported the assault to police, and the investigation was reassigned to members of the LPS Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section.

As a result, 29-year-old Connor Drew Rice was arrested and charged with one count of sexual assault.

In an update on Wednesday, police announced additional victims had come forward.

Police say between February 2024 and December 2025, investigators learned the accused allegedly sexually assaulted six additional victims while working as a massage therapist.

As a result, the accused been arrested and charged with six additional counts of sexual assault.

He has been released and is scheduled to reappear in London court on March 5, 2026 in relation to the charges.

The investigation remains ongoing and investigators are appealing to members of the public who may have had a similar experience while receiving a massage from the accused to contact police at [phone] or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
