Local real estate sales picked up last month. According to the London and St. Thomas Realtors Association (LSTAR), 776 homes sold in May, up from 638 in April. That’s also a 9 per cent increase compared to May 2025. The average sale price rose and now sits above $660 thousand, compared to about $620 thousand the month before.
