A man from Ilderton has been charged after a police investigation determined he possessed and distributed child sexual abuse material. The investigation began after a package was seized by CBSA in an Ontario airport this November. The package was transported to the London Police on Nov. 14, and an investigation found contents of child sexual abuse and exploitation material. On Nov. 26, the search of an Ilderton residence resulted in the seizure of additional child sexual abuse material. The 43-year-old suspect was arrested and charged with import/sell/distribute child sexual abuse and exploitation material and two counts of possession of child sexual abuse and exploitation material. He is expected to re-appear in court on Jan. 6 in relation to the charges.
