Home sales were relatively steady across the region last month. The London and St. Thomas Association of Realtors says 638 homes were sold in April, up from 586 in March. Sales were down 6.5 per cent compared with April of last year. The association also says the average sale price fell to just over $618,000 in April, compared with just under $630,000 in March.
