Five-vehicle collision closes Highway 23

A five-car collision has closed Mitchell Line (Highway 23) between Elginfield (Highway 7) and Whalen Line.

Police say visibility is near zero outside the City of London, because of drifting snow. Drivers are asked to find alternative routes.

Injuries are unknown, but police believe they aren’t serious.
