Woman reportedly filmed inside changeroom at Guelph mall

Guelph police are trying to identify a man who allegedly filmed inside a changeroom at Stone Road Mall.

The victim, a 20-year-old woman, was trying on clothes at an unnamed store when she noticed someone holding phone under the changeroom door.

She told police she opened the door and confronted the man, who denied he had been filming and then left the store.

The man was described as white, approximately 20-years-old and 5’8”, with a medium build and brown hair. He was last seen wearing a blue and white coat, with the words ‘Brooklyn’ written across the chest, as well as grey ‘Michigan State’ sweatpants.

Police did not share security images in Monday’s media release.
